Originally from Jamaica, Fritz Richards moved to Aiken, South Carolina, in 2016 and fell in love with its small-town feel. Since 2019, he has helped buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the local real estate market with confidence. Known for his clear guidance, strong negotiating skills, and personal attention, Fritz takes time to understand each client’s goals and guide them through every step. Fritz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Aiken. When Fritz isn’t helping clients buy and sell real estate, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring Aiken, and riding bikes with his daughters. Fritz also serves as a U7 volunteer soccer coach at the local YMCA in Graniteville.
