As a native of Jamaica, Fritz moved to the US in 2007. Originally living in the Broward County area of Florida, Fritz moved to South Carolina to compete in college soccer at the University Of South Carolina Salkehatchie. He later transfers to University Of South Carolina Aiken to complete his bachelor's in Business Administration and fell in love with Aiken Living. After obtaining his degree Fritz worked for Bridgestone Americas as a Quality Technical Writer shortly before getting his real estate license in late 2019.

Being licensed, Fritz outperforms pandemic era limitations and uncertainty in 2020 gaining traction in his community helping clients relocate to Aiken, or moved within the Aiken/Augusta area. Fritz's customer service skills, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond have earned him routine recommendations to clients family, and friends. Fritz enjoys simplifying real estate for his clients and providing the expertise they need to achieve their real estate goals and visions.

When Fritz is not selling or showing properties he spends his time with his family. Fritz enjoys cooking, reading, playing soccer, and DJing
