There were so many things about the mortgage proccess that I was so uncertain about but Fritz was right there to guide me, answer my questions and constantly checked in on me and my lending progress. Any questions that I had about the home he tried to answer them immediately. Even AFTER I closed and went into a panic about the kitchen faucet (which had little to do with the house and everything to do with human error.) during a weekend, on a holiday, he graciously responded to my text for help...he had every right to ignore it but he didn't.
